What do I do if I got a wrong size?
- If your items don’t fit and you need to exchange for a different size, we will only accept exchanges if your item isn’t used or washed. You have 40 days to exchange your items or get a refund.

How long does usually take for my order to arrive?
- For normal products the delivery can take 2-4 weeks. This is because of the high demand that we have on the store. Anyway, we always do our best to ship your item as fast as possible.

I ordered more than 1 product, where are the other products I ordered?
- We have differents suppliers that will prepare the order at different times and packages and also, we order on payment. So don’t worry if you don’t receive all of you items at the same moment. Can I pay in my country's currency? Or do I have to pay in USD?
